Through the activities at its Centers, the Foundation delivers services in communication rehabilitation and social re-integration with a view to improve the quality of life of persons with aphasia and their families, thus linking with community health and social services. After receiving conventional speech therapy and motor rehabilitation, patients experience an existential and care gap the family must often fill.

The Aphasia Experimental Laboratory and the CIRP operate according to different methodological criteria.
