Created for and with people with aphasia, Isabile is the first web TV designed to bridge gaps in the rehabilitation of “residual impairment” (attention deficit and mental processing).

The web portal was designed and developed in 2009 by the Carlo Molo Foundation with the support of the Compagnia di San Paolo. The portal’s patient-accessible content is curated by practitioners and researchers (physicians, psychologists, speech therapists, and IT experts). The visual documentation is provided by agreement with public and private media libraries: Bim Distribution Roma; Film Commission Piemonte; Stefilm International srl; National Short-Film Center; Giorgio Agosti Piedmont Institute for the History of the Resistance and Contemporary Society; National Museum of Cinema, Turin; Independent Ideas; Pinacoteca Giovanni e Marella Agnelli; Turin Museum Foundation; National Archive of Industrial Cinema; Gianluca e Massimiliano De Santo; FIAT Historical Archive; Egyptian Museum Foundation; European Institute of Design; Genoa Aquarium; Associazione Documé; and Cepim (Center for persons with Down syndrome).
